Purdue North Central Commencement To Be May 17

WESTVILLE – The Purdue University North Central 2009-2010 commencement ceremony will be Monday, May 17 at 7 p.m. in the Valparaiso University Athletics - Recreation Center, with 563 master's, bachelor's or associate degrees being awarded. No tickets are necessary to attend.

The traditional commencement ceremony will feature the conferring of degrees by Purdue North Central Chancellor Dr. James B. Dworkin.

The new graduates will be welcomed to the ranks of Purdue alumni PNC Alumni Association Board Member Jeffrey L. Swan, vice president of Walsh & Kelly, Inc., a 1981 graduate.

The response on behalf of the 2009-2010 graduating class will be presented by Brenda Patterson, of Valparaiso, who is earning her Bachelor's degree in English.
