Transportation Arrangements

Purdue North Central is located in a beautiful rural setting approximately 10-15 miles from several surrounding communities. There are many opportunities for shopping, recreation and entertainment available. However, there is no public transportation, so purchasing a vehicle and obtaining a driver's license is very important. If you have an international driver's license, you can legally drive in the United States for 1 year while you seek to obtain an Indiana driver's license. If you do not have an international driver's license, you will need to arrange transportation while you seek to obtain an Indiana driver's license and social security number, which is a 2 month (minimum) process.
